Scarred4Life, founded by me, Karl Scarr (of Cambridge, UK) is a non-profit making, fundraising society formed purely to raise awareness and monies for two charities about which I feel strongly.

The East African Wild Life Society (EAWLS), also a non-profit making charity that relies totally on donations and support from its members to help in saving the forests, jungles, the wildlife and endangered species throughout Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. In fact the whole world’s eco-system depends on such work done today, with climate change becoming a more potent threat for our childrens’ future.

This brings us nicely to our second charity, ‘La Crèche de Tanger’, Morocco, a childrens’ orphanage and charity that works with hardly any support, in hard conditions and once again relies completely on the generosity of the few, and is again non-profit making.

In knowing the people involved in these two charities, Scarred4Life is proud to be an official UK fundraiser, as the donations go directly to their respected causes and are not lost or filtered down through political or personal gains that can so often happen in third world countries.

It is with great excitement that we are organising a Rally to raise as much money as possible, across five countries, mountains and the largest desert on earth, the Sahara.

To join our adventure and to be a life saver to many, sign up now for the Scarred4Life Sahara Rally.

Call me on 01223 500 096 or 07799 140 988 to receive the rally pack and itinerary (or download the forms you need from this site; or just contact me by e-mail if you prefer).

If you have the drive, ambition and the adventurer sprit ..  then we will see you soon. Make a difference! Join us in July 2007 ..

Best wishes!

Karl
